One of the nicest places. It reminded me of The Republic but it was just one of a kind. It was nice and elegant. The wait staff was perfect! The drinks were spot on! The food was fabulous. But the BREAD....The BREAD WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I loved my company and everything about this new place! We will definitely be back!
Second time visiting and the service is amazing! The Aperol spritz was excellent both times I visited. Pizza dough was good and the cheese was fresh. The olive oil is high quality and delicious. Also recommend the beef tartar in bone marrow.
The food was delicious! The first time I have found high quality Italian food in BCS! Loved the sweet corn ravioli and hazelnut torta! The atmosphere is so nice! Perfect for a date night or a night out with friends! Loved the jazz music! Also I would die to get my hands on their foccacia bread recipe!
From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the ambiance and the delightful music that set the perfect tone for the evening. The servers were incredibly polite, friendly, and their knowledge about the menu was truly impressive. We indulged in a variety of dishes including risotto, pasta with pesto sauce, calamari, caprese salad, truffle fries, and lobster mac and cheese - all of which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend Casa Mangiare for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. Took family who came to visit and couldn’t be more satisfied. Food is beyond words and I get the same attentiveness every time. Atmosphere is calm and cozy with beautiful chandlers. The brunch is also pleasantly delicious and filling. Would recommend for any occasion!! Honestly best authentic italian food in College Station.
loved our time at Casa Mangiare! Our server, Zen, made the experience so easy and fun. The food was absolutely delightful, the atmosphere was "moody" and calming. Great lighting& music. We will 100% be back. Loved celebrating my birthday here.
New favorite place unlocked. We had a fantastic time at Casa Mangiare. We ordered a lobster truffle Mac and cheese, and the spaghetti lobster. I thought the food was very tasty and definitely worth trying. I absolutely recommend getting their “Arancini di Riso” for appetizers (my favorite thing of the whole menu). We also order an espresso, an Apple Spritz, and a Sangria. All the drinks were phenomenal. We closed the night with their tiramisu and that was also exquisite. They also serve a complementary focaccia bread with olive oil. I think the decor is eloquent and elegant, I particularly like the piano and the wallpaper. I wish nothing but the best to this restaurant. I recommend making reservations in advance. I also asked for a tour of the entire place and the gentleman from Brazil was extremely nice to show us around. I would do most likely all my business events here in the future.
The food is simply amazing. There is a wine list that puts wines of the world at your fingertips (for a price of course, 40 - 400). We even tried the Thanksgiving buffet this year, and we're thrilled at the choices. And at only 59 per person, why cook? Will be going back for sure. Reservations with open table made it really easy.
